Turkey Chili // Fix Approved
TURKEY CHILI // Fix Approved
// Ingredients
1 lb. raw 93% lean ground turkey
1/2 white onion, chopped
1 sweet bell pepper (yellow), chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can canned diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can whole-kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. crushed red peppers
Himalayan salt and ground black pepper (to taste; optional)
Plain Greek Yogurt (optional topping)
Green Onions, diced (optional topping)

Cook turkey, onion, bell pepper, and garlic in medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, 4 to 5 minutes, or until turkey browns. Drain; discard fat.
Add all ingredients and get to a boil for 15 minutes. Then, slimmer for 10 minutes.
// Optional: Add a dollop of plain greek yogurt and top with green onions before serving.

3rd Annual Little Black Dress Project
Join us for our 3rd annual, Little Black Dress challenge group. We will be following a BINGO board calendar and checking in with our Shakeology/fitness photos each day.
There will be TWO ways you can participant in our Little Black Dress Project group:
1. An online Facebook group, where we will have a daily activity from our BINGO board to go along with our daily workout.
2. Our challenge tracker app, where you will be entered into qualifying for our Health Bet challenge. (See post below on how to qualify).
Both are optional and both are avaliable to EVERYONE!

How do Coaches and Customers participate?
To qualify, participants need to log their activity on My Challenge Tracker in their Beachbody Health Bet Challenge Group!
Log at least five (5) Shakeologies with photos per week
Log at least three (3) workouts per week
Log at least three (3) workouts per week
Do this for each of the four qualification weeks:

21 Day Fix Meal Plan
This is a sample of our meal plan with the 21 Day Fix and what you can have in the lowest bracket, as you can see that you are not starving. Here is a backstory on the program itself:
The 21 Day Fix combines a little bit of everything as far as workouts go. You will get a fair amount of cardio, but it will also incorporate some resistance training to help you with strength and tone. In addition, you get a solid meal plan plus portion control containers to help you stay in track. The workouts are only 30 minutes a day.
Our 21 Day Fix program has our nutritional shake into the meal plan, Shakeology. It has been my breakfast for the past two years. It kickstarts weight loss and helps you maintain it as well. Also, it is like heaven in a cup! We have seven different flavors - vanilla, chocolate, vegan chocolate, strawberry, vegan strawberry, greenberry, and cafe latte.

🔹 First day of group will be August 8th -- you will be provided a grocery list, sample menu, meal plan, and our calendar of events sent to the email you signed up with for the group.

🔹 Where will the group be taking place? It will be a virtual group on Facebook and once your enrolled, you will get a notification that you have been placed into: "August Wellness Group"

🔹 What if I already have a program? Join us anyway, unless you're already working with a coach. I will provide you a free account with me.
